Rotary Kiln Burners

BNRK multi-channel burner is developed and designed by Zhengzhou Bona Thermal Equipment Co., Ltd. by adopting international advanced technology and specially designed for burning gas and liquid fuels in rotary kiln. Its unique structure and reasonable process parameters ensure that the fuel can be fully mixed with the primary and secondary winds, and at the same time, due to the primary wind on the high-temperature secondary wind ejection, roll suction effect, thus making the combustion efficiency higher, greater heat intensity, and easy to use, adjustment.

Working principle
Fuel according to a certain diffusion angle cyclone outward spray, from the outside neighboring cyclone wind to a fairly high momentum and momentum moment, with a high degree of spiral forward, and continue to radial diffusion, and high-speed shot of the axial wind beam to meet. The insertion of the axial wind beam further enhances the mixing of fuel and air (including the surrounding secondary wind) and regulates the degree of flame dispersion, which can adjust the length and thickness of the flame as needed to achieve the desired flame shape. The center of the center part of the center of the wind can promote the center part of the fuel and CO combustion, so that the combustion is more fully, and play a role in stabilizing the flow.
